The folder included a note that he himself had authorized to be sent backward in time just a few moments ago, after one of his operatives had called to let him know that Young had been spotted in Anaheim. The note had been there since before he was alive. He’d always known about it, yet clearly it hadn’t existed until ten minutes ago.
