Though it had taken Shawn a long time to warm up to the idea of getting a dog, he’d fallen in love with Hercules the moment he saw the scrawny puppy at the shelter. He’d probably always be a cat person at heart, but he loved Hercules just as fiercely as he’d loved Samson.
