It was almost a month to the day from Kingfisher, Quarry, and Randolph’s departure that the travelling carnival came to Carthage. It was called O’Shaughnessey’s Arcana Carnival Fantasia, and they had set up at the west end of town, in an empty field just across from the Jaycee Park.
