Work in Progress

I think I’m in love with WordPress. There are just so many options, widgets, plugins… which of course means that I’m never done. But I am closer.

I have done this:

  • Added synopsis, PDF sample chapters, and trailer for Small Things
  • Added synopsis for Threads
  • Created a Contact page
  • Created an About Me page
  • Created spaces for Memories of a Ghost and Leap Year, but no synopsis yet for either
  • Added Facebook and other social media functionality

I still don’t feel close to done, though. I guess it will remain a work in progress!

They walked hand-in-hand the two miles back to Rose’s little apartment on 15th Street, an off-duty cop and his waitress-slash-nurse girlfriend out for an evening stroll. Her hand still tingled where he had touched her. It was just a role, devised to alleviate as much suspicion as possible, but his was the first hand she’d held like that in years, and knowing it was all pretend didn’t make that giddy feeling in her stomach go away.
